Our deck is made from marine tech plywood, 7 layers of fir and a full 3/4" thick, that has been pressure treated to prevent rotting. These preservatives are forced throughout the plywood allowing us to offer a lifetime warranty against rot to the original owner. Fir plywood offers great resistance to warping and literally outclasses conventional plywood. |

| Our carpeting is 20 oz., highly stabilized ultra-violet marine carpet. This is glued down with waterbase adhesive which ensures that your carpet will stay secure for many years of enjoyment. The carpeting has a three year warranty. |
